Winter Conditioning

The winter season is an opportunity to practice indoors on the ERGs and do strength training. The season occurs in January through March. 


Practices are usually 3-4 times a week and last roughly 2 hours in the evening. Bring athletic clothing and water.

Practices start January 8th, 2024.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:30 pm

  • Saturdays 10:30am - 12:00pm

  • $50 a month for a total of $150 for the winter season

  • If paid in full up front cost is $125​​
